| Information according to article 13, of Legislative Decree N° 196/2003
The Principe di Piemonte processes the data of parties who contact it looking
for work, and who fill out application forms.
We hereby advise that the data collected from the forms that have been submitted
are collected and processed using paper and magnetic, electronic and data transmission
systems with the aim of assessing a possible interest in a contractual rapport;
the data will be processed for a maximum of 12 months and then cancelled, unless
the party in question requests otherwise.
The decision to provide the data is, therefore, optional. However, without the
data it is not possible to store the same in our archives and subsequently eventually
enter into a rapport.
The data acquired will be processed exclusively to research personnel for our
company.
Regarding these data the party in question can exercise the rights as laid down
in article 7 of Legislative Decree N° 196/2003 a copy of which is available on
the site of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
The holder of the processing is the Principe di Piemonte, Piazza Puccini, 1 -
55049 Viareggio (Lu) Italy
Having taken the above into account, I hereby give my consent to the sharing
